I have 4b hair and it dry and shrinks so much like..🥴 I want to keep it moisturized and enjoy rocking my curls/coils sometimes as much as I do with my Afro and when blow dried

My issue is that my hair isn't fully dry for like 2 days. I have high porosity hair, so I tend to need thicker gels, or I'll likely have to style every 2-3 days. At this point I'm pretty much better off putting it into loose braids after day 2.

I initially watched this video because EcoStyler has been my go to edge control since forever.. but they changed their formula and it’s now horrible NO HOLD and it’s super disappointing. So thank you for your suggestions!!
